Creed is the second book in the Honeybone series. The well-written plot is set in New Orleans, Louisiana. The characters are developed and the love scenes are very sensual. Dean is a protector; his main focus is keeping both Kaia and Jean-Luc safe. He would rather send them away from him than keep them in harm’s way. Jean-Luc is the caregiver, he makes sure Dean is on schedule with his medicine, as well as home-schooling Kaia so that she will be caught up when school is in session again. Jean-Luc expresses his love through his cooking of healthy meals. Although it is not official, Dean and Jean-Luc think of Kaia as their child, giving her the love and support a good father feels for his children. Kaia loves both men and feels secure being with them; it is she who insisted on the visit. Kaia was also reluctant to return home to Australia.

Yet again, the gifted AJ Llewellyn has produced an intriguing and enjoyable episode for the Honeybone series. Review by Chocolate Minx
